On the morning of June 21, 2021, the European School of Madrid celebrated the First Edition of the Science Fair with its students of 6th Primary. The result was fantastic. The projects presented did not left anyone indifferent, neither to their teachers, nor to the students’ classmates. Not to families either! That they had the opportunity to attend and enjoy the jobs of their children. The happiness of children, seeing their parents back at school, was immense and shared with all of us, the teaching team.
It is noteworthy the professionalism with which the students presented their projects, as well as the level and quality of those. We were to see from a magnetic levitation train to some anti-seismic structures, an application to plant trees, a camera obscura or the transmission of force with the pressure of fluids, among others.
Throughout this project, students demonstrated great capacity for research and analysis, as well as effort and enthusiasm. All their teachers feel very proud, grateful and looking forward to the SECOND Edition of the Colegio Europeo de Madrid Science Fair.
