We study the impact of Philosophy for Children on the well-being of students

A team of Primary and Secondary teachers from CEM, experts in the application of Philosophy for Children, are carrying out a research, together with the Central University of London (UCL), on the impact of the application of this methodology on certain subjects and on the well-being of students. To this end, they are helping us to establish how data can be collected reliably and to draw conclusions.

The team, made up of five researchers, is receiving one-year intensive training by UCL professionals and the results of the research will be published by the end of November next year.

The aim is to show that Philosophy for Children has a positive impact on the well-being of students and, therefore, on their school performance.
